Hi Bionca, Sorry you feel this way. We did our best to diagnose your vehicle and get you back on the road with limited downtime. It was towed in unannounced and we did the best we could. We offered a discount on the battery to help out overall, and the 45,000 mile preventative maintenance was not a requirement to be performed prior to your purchase at 42,295 miles that you elected to have done 3,318 miles after purchase. I personally pulled your vehicle around from our shop and don't recall the mat being out of position. I apologize if that was the case but not sure how that would have happened. I have made a note on your file for the service credit to be redeemed in the future when you are ready. Sorry for the inconvenience.
