Did Not Live To Chevy"s Standards Brought a used car here and the sales person was not completly honest. The car was delivered without being detailed and it smelled of cigerette smoke. Salesperson promised that they sprayed something on the interior roof and that the smell would go away and if not try some febreeze. One month later the inside of the car still STINKS!!!! Also, the title of my new car was given to me 2 weeks after the temp. tags expired exposing me to possibly getting pulled over by the police. Chevy manager promised to pay the ticket if so!!! Be careful when they ask you what you want to pay a month because they stretch it out over more years to get to your bottom line. I do not recommend this dealership!!!! More

Adam greeted me at the door and from the start he was down to earth good guy told him what I needed to make the deal work and made it happened ,between trade finance and cost of car. I walked out supremely excited about the car but also felt great about the deal, had no dealer remorse, I highly recommend Elkins and Adam. I also forgot some stuff in my old car he drove to my place of business and dropped it off. I would say that is the customer service you want. Think we will be doing business for years to come. More
