Trying to get the smell issue resolved without any inconveince to me and this is the response that I got: Dan, We would sincerely like to try and help but we will need your assistance in order to accomplish this. It appears to me that you view bringing the Malibu to the dealership as an inconvenience but we view this as a necessity. You have a concern with a car you purchased from us and we would like to try and correct that, please give us a fair chance to do so. Russell Abate Pre Owned Sales Manager Elkins Chevrolet Part of their 172 point inspection guarentee is that any foul oders will be removed. This did not happen and now Elkins expects me to bring over 50 miles to them and back twice!!! UGH!
