As we arrived at the dealer on a 25 degree evening, sales consultant Adam Elkins greeted us warmly and asked how he could help me and my wife finish. He was very personable and accommodating while not being overbearing. Nothing was too much trouble no matter what was requested. We had only stopped in to look at a Chevrolet Traverse and did not have the intention to buy that evening. However, the combination of Adam's demeanor, the beautiful vehicle, and a great deal ended with us purchasing a 2014 Traverse LTZ that evening. I picked up the Traverse the next morning. When I arrived all paperwork was ready for signature and the car was spotless. Once again Adam was very helpful as well as business manager Tom Pierson. The whole experience was outstanding and I will definitely return if I purchase another Chevrolet and refer others looking for one. More

He invited us into the garage to check out the truck, he was very helpful even called up front to have a salesman come back to the garage so that we didn't have to go find someone ourselves. After talking with Adam for a short time we sat with him to work up a deal. It was almost 9pm and we never felt rushed. Spoke with Tom from finance and set up an appointment for 6:00 the next evening. Told both Adam and Tom that I work a lot of hours and did not want to be stuck in the dealership for hours, they both assured me that they would have me out fast. I thought I had everything decided but wanted to be reassured by Tom, not a problem! He also was able to answer questions I had about a warranty, which I purchased with his help. Arrived at 6:10 was out at 7:06! Great job! More
