I took my 2012 Avalanche in for routine maintance and pulled up to valet parking and spoke to someone immediately without any hesitation and waited patiently under an hour for oil change and tire rotatio pulled up to valet parking and spoke to someone immediately without any hesitation and waited patiently under an hour for oil change and tire rotation. Why I would recommend Elkins Chevy to anyone buying a car. This by far and away the greatest experience I have ever encountered. He took the time to go over every detail of the car with my wife and I which put me at ease buying a car during these hard times. He made me feel as if there would be no troubles at all. And what a deal I got. after going to 3 other dealers that didn't seem to care at all I was even there. As far as the service center aspect goes WOW WOW WOW WOW. unreal. I recently had an issue with a noise coming from my front left tire and brought my vehicle in for emergency service. Adam in service was very accomodating and understood the urgency of my problem. It was a Friday and they were extremely busy but, he insisted that they would work me in. Adam called me later that morning with the information about my 2010 Chevy Suburban. My front left ball joint was totally gone. I was really upset about the fact that it was going to cost me hundreds of dollars to fix this issue. I put quite a few miles a year on my "mom bus" and was just a few miles over my warranty. I did have it in a few months prior when it was under warranty to be checked since something felt funny in the front end when I was driving. They couldn't come up with anything wrong at that time. Adam agreed to speak with his manager and go to bat for me on this issue. We came to an agreement on the price the part was in stock and they did the work immediately. I couldn't ask for a better overall experience. The employees are all friendly and I especially enjoyed my courtesy ride to and from work free of charge. I would highly recommend this dealer and service team for any of your automotive needs. More

Recently my air conditioning hadn't been working and it was diagnosed by my local mechanic as an issue with the fuse and motor. Just in case, I brought my Chevy back to Elkins (where I had purchased it us was diagnosed by my local mechanic as an issue with the fuse and motor. Just in case, I brought my Chevy back to Elkins (where I had purchased it used) to have everything fixed there. I am so so glad I did. After Elkins' repair department assessed the same problem, they replaced the fuse and fixed the motor, but later that day I realize that the air wasn't blowing cold. I was annoyed to yet again have to head back to get it fixed, and this time my condenser needed to be replaced. My car is out of warranty, so it would be almost $1000, but Elkins covered it! I am so grateful as they really didn't have to do it. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and nice, both on the phone and in person. I have a fully functioning car again and it cost a lot less than it should have. I was annoyed at my car crapping out, but I have no complaints about the service at Elkins. More

EXPLAINED OTHER RECOMMENDED SERVICES BUT DID NOT "PUSH" THE SERVICE DEPT. WAS ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM(S) IMMEDIATELY (RE: THE KEY AND NOISES).
