After accumilating almost 200,000 miles on my 03 Silverado, I was contemplating purchasing a new replacement. I have lived in the Marlton area for almost 40 years and have purchased several vehicles Silverado, I was contemplating purchasing a new replacement. I have lived in the Marlton area for almost 40 years and have purchased several vehicles from Elkins Chevrolet in the past as well as trusting them to the larger repairs and maintenance items. I have always been treated as if I were their only customer and this visit was no exception. After finding the right truck with the right color and options, I sat down with Jim Horan to discuss the specifics. Within minutes it was clear that Jim knew the details of the new Silverado from top to bottom and side to side. Jim and Joe Capra found all the incentives that were available and gave me a great trade in value as well. The dreaded paper work came next. In the past, it seemed that you could buy a house faster than a new vehicle. Bob Borman was able to get this done effortlessly and explained everything in great detail. When all was signed and I was ready to drive away, Jim jumped in the passenger seat and helped set up the On Star and bluetooth. This was by far one of the best, if not the best, car buying experiences to date. I would absolutely recommend Elkins to anyone. I almost forgot, I ordered the remote start and bed rail protectors and was told that the items needed to be ordered. I was surprised when Adam called the next day to set up the installation appointment. Matt in service got me right in and out and even had the truck washed for me. I could'nt be happier with my new truck. More

They are always super friendly at Elkins. I have always hated going for service at other dealerships because of either the long wait or not knowing what the charges would be but at Elkins the courtesy shut hated going for service at other dealerships because of either the long wait or not knowing what the charges would be but at Elkins the courtesy shuttle is always available and the service department treats me right every time. They give a free car wash with every service which I love. More
