The whole process took way to long. Due to the high cost
of the car there should have been a few perk thrown in. I realize the car was considered used (1100 m) but the service agreement for free oil change

Using the excuse that one check owed to me was lost in the mail (prior to covid), and ignored 7 telephone calls to after market, 1 phone call to the GM, 1 personal visit and finally turned over a second check that was owed to me because I contacted the Illinois attorney generals office. You tell me if they earned a 4-5 star.
