When my car came in several weeks earlier than expected, he spent a lot of time explaining all the "bells and whistles." He made it clear that he would be available to answer any questions even after I took delivery of the car. Al Pellizzeri was very cordial and explained everything clearly regarding the ceramic protection and the tire and wheel protection programs Collin was very friendly when I dropped off my car for the ceramic protection process.
