Salesman Rishaud did an awesome job of making me feel comfortable and no pressure as we looked and test drove the vehicle. Finance mgr Adam was awesome in working out a deal being totally transparent on a price that I was happy with. Unfortunately after the deal was done , the vehicle had a mechanical issue so the next day I returned to the dealership and everyone I met with previously was so apologetic and so shocked that this situation had happened. Manager Marcello was so helpful and they refunded my money instantly and were super professional about everything. I would definitely recommend this dealership because of the quality of people that work there. Salesman Rishaud was so caring that he followed up with me a couple of days later just to make sure I had gotten back home as I had driven 4 hours to visit the area while looking for a car. More

This was the first time that I have ever walked into a Kia dealership and let me tell you that off the bat the energy is completely different from any other dealership I have ever walked into. The sales a Kia dealership and let me tell you that off the bat the energy is completely different from any other dealership I have ever walked into. The sales associates are so welcoming. For example, I had sat down with Adam Good and Jose Delgado, they were extremely honest from the beginning and they told me to work with what I knew would be within my budget and even then they both made they went above and beyond and ended up getting me to sign into a lease for my dream car. They did not once make me feel like I was forced to leave with a car that same night, they told me to take my time and whenever I was ready to come back to them; usually when you go into a dealership they want you to test drive and sign papers right away but not at South Dade Kia, they really care about the costumer and their needs. I will definitely be sending my friends to South Dade Kia and I will be coming back to take another lease out with Adam and Jose. More

He is a total professional, compassionate with my mother and family; very attentive to our needs during the long wait inside the dealership. The wait was not a problem, the dealership seemed very busy, which is a good thing for KIA. More
