The parts rep Jose was extremely helpful. When picking up my part I spoke to a different person Marcus who was more than helpful and super friendly. Thanks to him I was introduced to Caprice a delightful young lady that showed me a couple of cars because I was interested in the Teluridge and then introduced me to Cesar the floor salesperson who was great also. I ended buying a used Sorento and financed with David another excellent young man! The managers like Alan and others were very pleasant and accommodating. Overall a great experience!! More

Most of the paperwork was do ahead of time, online or via email, thus the time spent at the dealership the day of vehicle delivery was the one required for us to familiarize ourselves with the vehicle, verify and validate the sales agreement, sign and drive out with our new vehicle.
