Eliminate Tom Higgins, and Beck Toyota is "Excellent". My wife and I purchased a Mitsubishi Montero Limited. Aside from Tom Higgins, the experience was very good. Our salesman, Steve White, did an excellen My wife and I purchased a Mitsubishi Montero Limited. Aside from Tom Higgins, the experience was very good. Our salesman, Steve White, did an excellent job. Steve is knowledgeable, but he has a way of doing business without applying the type of pressure that can sometimes make the car buying experience sour. On the other hand, Higgins is obnoxious and nearly caused us to do business elsewhere. I too work in sales, and I can say this in all honesty, Higgins is one of the least proficient salespersons I have ever met. I do not usually take time to write bad reviews, but Higgins is clearly a weak link at an otherwise excellent dealership. Regards, Timothy M. Milliron More

Another Great Experience My husband and I recently traveled 1 1/2 hours to visit Beck Toyota when it was time to purchase a vechicle. Our recent purchase was the 4th one made at Beck Toyota. Our first interaction with Beck was in the 1980's and was an extemely positve experience. Since that time, we have looked to Beck when we needed a reliable vehicle. We have always experienced friendly, competent service at Beck throughout the entire buying process and we have never been dissapointed. We highly recommend Beck Toyota Scion! More
