We have a paint defect which was apparently covered under warranty, but the warranty has recently expired. We have had this pealing paint issue for several years and have taken our vehicle to Lou Sobh sinc warranty, but the warranty has recently expired. We did not receive notification of the recall and not one person from Lou Sobh notified us of coverage while in the window of warranty. Poor customer service. More

As are most businesses, Lpu Sobh is suffering from staffing shortage. This keeps them from performing at the level I am sure they aspire to. Adam, my service rep, is very kind and followed up with me staffing shortage. This keeps them from performing at the level I am sure they aspire to. Unfortunately, the repair staff did not inform him that they were behindand my hour and a half qhile I waited for my vehicle almost doubled. Harold, the service manager was very understanding as to my concern and as a team, they repaired my vehicle and still treated me with courtesy and kindness. More
