Thank you for the response. I actually did reach out directly to Heather Cullen via email and text prior to leaving this feedback, but I never received an acknowledgment. My frustration stems from a breakdown last Thursday (13 August 2026) when my car refused to start just days after your shop completed a routine service (30 July 2026). I was told to jump-start it and bring it back, only to be told it was a battery issue. When I asked why this wasn't caught during my routine service inspection, your team dismissed me with a poor analogy about a lightbulb fuse blowing out of nowhere. I expect your management team to stay on top of this recall issue, especially since your service engineer, Ryan, has already spoken with his Canadian counterpart. I will wait to hear from you directly regarding the battery dispute, and I will let you know the moment Honda Canada confirms the cross-border solution is fully visible in your system.
