I would like to speak to Teanna later today. My husband is an attorney and has read through everything. I felt like I was ambushed by Adam with the paperwork. The extended warranty was never discussed with me before. Also Jennifer told me they were giving me free of charge the $500 service agreement with oil changes and tire rotation.

The person I was most impressed with was R.D, Rishi. I couldn’t get my phone in the car to operate the next day and even though he wasn’t my salesperson, he got in the car with me and gave me a tutorial then sent me a text with simple instructions in case I forgot. Also I was a bit disturbed that my salesperson quoted me a payment of $333 a month but when I went in to sign the papers the payment was $393 a month. I was never told ahead of time or even asked about the price of the extended warranty.
