We had a great experience with Tanner, Matt, and Adam this weekend! We were looking for a very specific vehicle and price range, and they actually gave us an even better deal than we thought possible! We this weekend! We drove quite a ways to pick up the car, and they had it fully gassed up, pulled up, and paperwork ready to go so we could get on the road home faster. Found the vehicle I was looking for at a fair price. Marcus Day was awesome to work with, void of any pressure and willing to fulfill all of my requests. I returned 2 days later for a couple of small items that were missing from the vehicle and Marcus had them on his desk as promised. He is an example of how all car sales persons should treat people. Many thanks to Marcus. However, I did not enjoy your finance department as much. First, I waited for about an hour to sign final papers. I arrived with my pre qual letter from my bank, but was still given the sales pitch on how I should consider moving my loan to your preferred bank and purchase an extended warrantee. I understand your partnership with another bank and the incentive to sell that along with an extended warrantee to all customers. But this was not my first rodeo and once I declined, there was a change in attitude, very short but still polite. More
