The service department is absolutely beyond terrible! Cannot get an actual service writer on the phone or get a call back is impossible. I bought a used truck in December had a problem with it the night Cannot get an actual service writer on the phone or get a call back is impossible. I bought a used truck in December had a problem with it the night I drive it home waited a week to get it back now I'm having the same issue and no one will talk to me. Do not buy from this dealer and avoid getting any service done here at all costs. If I could go back and not buy from here I 100% would Avoid this place like the plague! More

Worst dealership you know why because I bought a Toyota Camry from this dealership and taught it is a big dealership and they would never give their customers a bad car when I went there to see the car the Camry from this dealership and taught it is a big dealership and they would never give their customers a bad car when I went there to see the car the car was in a mechanic shop when I wanted to go and look at the car the sales man told me do not go close it is dangers I said ok then I asked him is everything fine with the car he said yes otherwise it would to auction that made more trust on the dealership and I made the deal after I bought the car I was able to pick it up the second day because of some detailing they had to do the second day after signing some documents with finance manager the sales man hand me the car and key fob was not working he told me to change the battery it will work so I did it did not work when I took it home I realised the emergency brake was not working the right side mirror not working the key fob when I took the car back on Monday if they can change the car they told me to take to service first if they list the things are wrong then we will the service told they will let know me Wednesday when I went Wednesday they said Thursday I talked to my sales man Diego he told me to come tomorrow his manager will help to change the car when I went that day he told me it is late the bank have funded already and again I went service the told me they do not have an answer yet so I got upset and went to their big office for new car sales and wanted to talk general manager they sent back sales then they asked for $1500 dollars to change the car I said I need to think about it the next day I told them I don’t have $1500 dollars and do not want to change the car at least can you guys fix it he said he will tell deigo to talk service manager and push it to get it done faster after that I went back and forth a lot my car was not getting done they kept my car for 11 days and just fixed the key fob they said you can take the car and they told that I can take the car when the parts are there they will call me it have been 20 days and they have not fixed yet so worst dealership ever I hoped they would give a good car but they even put my safety at risk because If my brake would fail and did not have emergency brake working I would be in accident and also struggle a lot with no car messed up my work schedule because of not having a car I would never ever go to buy a car for myself, friends neither for my family More

Adam Hensley & Anthony in the service dept were AMAZING! They went above & beyond the call of duty. Our truck would not start & it was on the top floor of a hospital parking garage so a wrecker was out of t They went above & beyond the call of duty. Our truck would not start & it was on the top floor of a hospital parking garage so a wrecker was out of the question. Adam did a quick training with Anthony, he went with us to the hospital and got it started immediately. We drove back to the dealership and Adam knew exactly what the problem was.
