This was the first experience with Chippewa Valley Mazda for my wife and I. My wife's car became undrivable so we were in need of something new quickly. Our experience was nothing short of excellent! Tre for my wife and I. My wife's car became undrivable so we were in need of something new quickly. Our experience was nothing short of excellent! Trevor explained everything very clearly and honestly and answered any questions we had. Even when two of the cars we wanted sold just a day before, we never felt pressured to buy something we didn't want. Trevor kept working with us until we had the one we wanted. There were some kinks as far as some of the paper work on our end but thankfully Adam spent one day patiently working with us to make sure everything was ironed out so we could finance and sign all the papers. We test drove Wednesday evening and left with our brand new CX5 on Friday! Trevor and Adam displayed a perfect example of teamwork and never acted unprofessional. When my wife and I are in need of another vehicle, we will be doing business with Chippewa Valley Mazda and specifically requesting to work with Trevor.
