Read the paper work I had already been there for 3 to 4 hours and was ready to get it over with, so my bad, I signed off on "VIP Package" $1495.00, still don't even know I had already been there for 3 to 4 hours and was ready to get it over with, so my bad, I signed off on "VIP Package" $1495.00, still don't even know what that is. Custom Edge: $2495. Edge Plus $795. Sent me home with no gas, had to spend $52 to fill it up to get home. One key, no owner's manual. Still trying to nail down a time to get scratches buffed out. Asked for a loaner while they have my car, someone needs to get "permission". Just picked it up from independent mechanic with $1111.00 worth of work to be done, including new brakes and worn tires. I wish I would have seen these reviews!! More

So many hidden charges which we never expected to be paying for. & the managers we dealt with never mentioned that they will be charging us for preparation which is free car washes & detailing $ 795.00 oh & for Vip package! Really?!! Who would pay this amount of money for something we don't need. Watch out for etching fee! They even charge you $400.00 for vin etching fee! Watch out for dock fee for storing our records in files for 7 years!!! We were told this is mandatory from the government. No other dealers charges you for all those added hidden fees! If we knew all this we wouldn't even wasted our time & money buying the car. We even paid cash on without even getting any break( discount). The finance person just barks at you! I wish I can give them 0 star! Beware!!!! More

All of what I have listed is pure fact and I'll gladly supply documentation should dealer rater request. -Found my car on Cars.com -Sales person Luca and Paul promised the car was "pristine" and that it had clean carfax -The car arrived with the below issues: *rear view camera did not work (was not plugged in, $150 dealer fee) *gas tank door did not close ($150 dealer fee) *1 missing OEM floor mat ($60) *deformed rear fenders due to poor workmanship *paint drips on trunk lid and both rear fenders *white over spray on rear bumper, trunk lid, and rear fenders *all 4 wheels had deep scratches, 1 center cap was missing *car was severely past due for an oil change (as verified by Mercedes Benz of Warwick) -After bringing this to life they said to get a quote to have the repairs done correctly -I gave them the certified body shop quote of $1100 and they offered $300 -After 3 months of arguing and being ignored the owner Adam Jidd finally offered to pay me $600 -they mailed me $500 and have been ignoring me ever since I took what I could get at that point and will to say the least, never shop here again They also held my $500 deposit for almost 2 months. If I did not send emails almost daily then I would have never saw that again either. The owner is your typical fast talking sales guy, deflect the problem and take no accountability. I would advise that you stay away from this unethical establishment. More

Be prepared after you invest money in independent car inspection and reject all other competitive offers the reduced price will go back up. Expect Sam and his relative Mahmud tell you all stories explaining this unfair trick, such as “we offered this amount to see if you are a serious buyer”. Be prepared that the Manager Adam might cover misleading practice of his people and he might tell you: “We can’t reduce price, we need to make money” or “VIP component is part of the price” and ” it can be reduced for you”, in spite VIP is optional and has nothing to do with the basic promised price.
