Heritage Mazda Catonsville made purchasing a new car as painless and enjoyable as could be. Matthew Durante was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions; when h painless and enjoyable as could be. Matthew Durante was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions; when he couldn't answer a question he didn't play games - he immediately got the answer from someone with the authority or knowledge required and conveyed the information back. Everyone I interacted with (Matt, Joe Garner, Mike McGuire, Adam Kendal) was incredibly friendly, polite, and didn't at all give off that sleazy car salesman vibe. There was no hard sale approach, which I greatly appreciated, and they worked with me to give me an excellent deal on the car I wanted. The only "issue" I had was the detailing on the car when I went to pick it up. The leather had marks that had to be rubbed out, the wheel locks hadn't been installed, and the all weather mat wasn't secured on the driver side (which I didn't realize until I had driven the car about 80 miles). However, Mazda Heritage, and Matt in particular, were great - even though it was late at night, they waited while I inspected the car before completing the purchase and Matt made sure all the leather marks were rubbed out and even installed the wheel locks for me under the light in the parking lot. By the time the sale was complete it was an hour and half after the dealer had technically closed, but Heritage Mazda and Matt illustrated their commitment to customers with their actions. Matt offered to stay to help set up any of the features and my devices even though it was an hour and half after the dealer had closed (and it was technically his day off!); while I declined, not wanting to keep him later than I already had, it was a very appreciated gesture. I went to three different dealers, and spoke to countless others and Heritage Mazda won my business because of the quality people they have on staff and their commitment to honest sales. More

Adam Kendal Shouted at me and told me to leave Good Morning readers. Please stay as far away from Adam Kendal as you can possibly be. He told me one price on the phone. He then proceeded to shout at me and tell me to leave after I questioned it. Poor customer service from Adam Kendal. More

Teka Hayes is an outstanding sales rep & kudos to all staff I had been looking at several different dealerships for a new vehicle but felt the most welcomed and comfortable at Heritage Mazda. Teka Hayes was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. He made my purchasing experience smooth and enjoyable. Adam Kendal was also awesome working with me to get a great deal on the car and I much appreciated Joe Garner’s excellent customer service making sure I was being taken care of.
