2nd review, and now I actually think 3 stars is okay. PS: I don’t know what’s the point of keeping the contact of the salesperson if that guy answers like every 2 weeks, and doesn’t give all details, good. Maybe is my fault for not assuming you guys can’t even advise about the tires or tell the customer. Again, the reason I got it is because specifically I liked that car, but the process in general was pretty average, except the financing part, which was great. More

Our card was charged twice for our down payment.
