Great Customer Service Time After Time Over the last three years, our family has purchased a total of 8 vehicles from Hendrick CDJR of Hoover, 4 of which were for my wife and me. Each time, Over the last three years, our family has purchased a total of 8 vehicles from Hendrick CDJR of Hoover, 4 of which were for my wife and me. Each time, we have received excellent service from our salespersons. Though car buying is never a quick process, the team at Hendrick has made each of our experiences extremely simple and has helped to ensure that we received the best financing options. Our most recent purchase, a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Edition, was a very spontaneous decision while having service performed on my wife's 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. After spotting one on the lot, we stepped in to see our good friend, Adam Lader, who immediately recognized us and set us up with our salesman, Jeremy Greenwood. Jeremy's outgoing personality made my wife and I feel right at home throughout the process. Adam and Jeremy worked together with us to quickly agree on a price we could not refuse. Since the purchase, Jeremy has continued to keep in touch to ensure we are enjoying our new vehicle. As luck should have it, my wife was in a minor accident (she was not at fault) just slightly over one week after buying her new car. While we were on vacation, one of our family members took the Jeep to Hendrick for an estimate. As she left the appointment, she was rear ended in front of Hendrick! Again, luckily no one was injured. Jeremy ran out to make sure she was ok, comfort her, and then drove her back around to the collision center. We would like to specifically thank Jeremy and Adam for all of their help in this situation! If you are looking for a new vehicle, we highly recommend you going in to Hendrick CDJR and asking to work with Adam and Jeremy! I only wish there was an option higher than "5 Stars" in which to rate these two men on their work. More

James and Adam literally made my experience at Hendrick the best ever, and when I go back to Hendrick, I will request James and Adam, but I am sending all of my family and friends to see James first, and then Adam last. Btw, James says with you until you have signed the last signature needed, walks you to your new car, and ensures that you had a pleasant and great experience! They not only worked with me, they got me in a Jeep Wrangler that I've only been wanting most of my life. Usually after a large purchase like a car you get a feeling of panic-maybe I shouldn't have done that, maybe I should have waited....not the case here! I'm so happy with my Jeep and look forward to going to work everyday so because it means I get to drive my Jeep again. Totally love this vehicle. More

I have to say I was very pleased with all the staff members there especially the salesman that was working with me on the purchase of my new vehicle. If you ever want to buy a vehicle from H.C.D.J.R make sure you ask for James Kennedy because he is willing to go out of his way for what your looking and that your vehicle recommendations are taken care of. All in all I have to say great atmosphere with great employees. I will be going back in the near future for my wife's new vehicle, so I highly recommend this them if your looking for either a NEW or USED vehicle. More
