Sales person stated motor was on backorder to fixed on electric seat, when we went to sign we were told it would not be fixed. The car was not properly cleaned inside for prep, very sloppy. We drove a 200 miles plus round trip to buy a car we really wanted. Wasted a complete day, and a tank of gasoline. We also had an appointment and the sales person worked with at least 2 others along with us a the same time. No wonder on line car dealers as being used more and more. No nonsense!! We will remember this experience as the most awful car buying experience. More

Awesome experience. Very short time to get to deal! Started out looking for a vehicle at one other dealership and was very disappointed. I prayed to God that I would believe Him for a truck and on the way in to Bastrop I has seen the Lost Pines Toyota dealership on my way to the first one and I had a feeling this was the place that I was suppose to look for a truck. Following that feeling we turned around and came back to Lost Pines. We were greeted by Adam. We developed a relationship and began looking at a couple different trucks. We were very pleased with what we saw and determined that he is cordial and very interested in helping us. Adam was very interested in me as a person not just as another number or customer. More

Professional , honest, upfront no BS environment. Dealership was clean, well organized and they had refreshments while I waited for my new Tacoma to get cleaned up , honest, upfront no BS environment. Adam even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. Jimmy insured I understood how the final sale would look on paper before I committed to my new truck. Not to call anyone out in other Austin dealerships, no one can hold a candle to the Team at Lost Pines Toyota in Bastrop. More
