Everyone I have dealt with at Colonial have been great! ! Everyone is always pleasant and explains what needs to be done or what they recommend be done. I have dealt primarily with Renata and she is won ! Everyone is always pleasant and explains what needs to be done or what they recommend be done. I have dealt primarily with Renata and she is wonderful. Also any of the mechanics I have talked to as well as the guy who takes care of collecting payment and returning the key (can’t remember his name) have all been so pleasant. I live almost two hours away but I bought the car there about a year a half ago and since all my interactions with anyone at Colonial has been such a positive experience it’s worth it for me to continue making the trip for any type of service I need.
