It was my first time there. Didn’t know where to check in. Didn’t get acknowledged by the first employee who saw me. The service advisor was friendly and professional. When I picked up my car wasn’t sure who to check in with. Waited at cashier for like 5 minutes no one acknowledged me. Parking in service area is horrible. You have 2 choices back up and risk potential of hitting a car or go around the building with narrow areas. Overall good service. More
