I told him I hated car dealerships and the stigma attached to them. I told him wanted a No-BS, give me your best price and I'll take it or leave it transaction and that's mostly what I got. He did play the salesman/negotiator card a little on my trade-in, which I expected, but had hoped to avoid. I know that's just part of what you get when going to a large dealership. He wasn't pushy, just used the negotiation tactics dealerships are known for. Other than that, the transaction was seamless. Everyone there was super friendly and the deal went off without a hitch. Overall, I would have no reservations about using BMW of Columbia again and would specifically request Brett if I go back. More
