W I had a very positive experience with BMW of Columbia. Saw a car that interested me and contacted the Dealership to see if it was still available. Was contacted very quickly by David Watson. We set up a time for the next day to see the car and we went for a test drive. I took a day to review things David had set up in terms of price, trade in, etc. I got a fair trade in on my car and a good price for their car. I felt comfortable during the interactions and did not feel pressured or hassled. I did have a bit of a wait to get in to work with the finance guy but he was helpful and pleasant to deal with. I discovered a.small problem the day after I took the car home. Called David.and he got me in right away, fixed the problem, and there was no charge. Love my new BMW and was impressed by the Dealership and especially David Watson. More

Going above and beyond to help us find what we want. Even when we spring things on him last minute :) I can't leave out the service department either in this review. Each service visit (my son also has had his car in) has been smooth and courteous with them going above what was anticipated. This is what dealerships should strive for in a customer driven market. I was a little nervous because I'd heard some sale This was my first time buying a car on my own and I am happy to say it was an excellent experience. I was a little nervous because I'd heard some salespeople use hard-sell tactics, or try to trick people into buying things they don't need. Plus, I walked in alone (without my husband) and although that shouldn't make a difference, I was nervous that it might. Josh Grantham was the salesperson who I worked with and he was professional, courteous, helpful, and willing to answer all of my questions. He let me test drive a couple of different cars since I wasn't 100% which model I wanted. When I found one I liked, he took lots of time with me explaining the various features of the car and even encouraged me to drive it for another day to make sure! When it came time to actually purchase the car and deal with my trade-in, Josh introduced me to Steve Veros, who could not have been nicer or more helpful. They were both fair and honest in taking me through the process, explaining the details of how things work, and what they were willing to offer. As a woman, I often feel condescended to when I walk into a male-dominated business like a car dealership, but I am so glad to say that was absolutely not the case here. I was treated with respect, honesty, and fairness - which is the best you can hope for when making an important purchase like a car. We settled on a fair price and then the process of payment and paperwork went quickly and smoothly. Adam Miller in finance went through the necessary details quickly - it was all easier and faster than I thought it would be! I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends- and Josh Grantham in particular. More
