"BEST Car Buying Experience EVER!" Buying a new vehicle can sometimes feel overwhelming and uncomfortable. However, the moment I walked inside BMW and shook hands with Brad Davis and Buying a new vehicle can sometimes feel overwhelming and uncomfortable. However, the moment I walked inside BMW and shook hands with Brad Davis and Adam Miller, my mind was at ease. My initial reason for stopping by was to sign some paperwork and pick up a used vehicle that my husband purchased for our son and then leave. But, as I got to talking and signing papers with Adam Miller, I was surprised to find out that there were some options for me as well. Adam worked with the numbers and assured me, "We can do this!" By the next day, I was back at the dealership looking at cars with Brad Davis. He was very patient with me as I scanned the lot and walked circles, looking at every single car, really not sure of what I wanted. When we came across this Jeep, I knew I had found my match! Brad quickly called to see if it was still available and in my price range. It was, but of course, I still had to lap the lot a few more times. Not only was Brad patient, he was also extremely flexible and accommodating to my needs (not as a buyer but now as a new friend). I test drove the Jeep and it was mine the next day! Brad and Adam made the trade-in seamless and did all the dirty work. The only thing I had to worry about was how to take off the top off the jeep :) Brad did that for me too. The team at BMW, especially Brad and Adam, has gone above and beyond! I've told all my friends and family to search no more... I walked in and shook hands with strangers and walked out hugging new friends! My husband and I are already looking forward to buying another vehicle from Brad in the next couple months. Thanks Brad, Adam and our new BMW of Columbia Family!!! More
