From the moment I set foot on the property I felt welcomed. I was greeted by the receptionist and she advised me where my salesperson Brett was seated. We chatted for a few moments and walked outside,the car had already been pulled around and was ready to go. My son and I took it for a test drive which I enjoyed immensely. Got back to the dealership, where once again I was treated courteously and professionally. Had to wait perhaps five minutes for the finance manager Adam who also treated us great. Got everything signed and we were on our way. I have to add that the morning started with an email and a couple phone calls from Brett to assure me that the vehicle was in pristine condition as I would be driving just over two hours to see it. So to wrap it up, I could not be more pleased with the entire experience from start to finish! The vehicle I bought was a 2019 440i xdrive, and if you can find one which isn’t easy, and you find it in Columbia MO, make the visit, you won’t be disappointed. More

I found my perfect car at BMW of Columbia and drove up from Texas to pick it up. Brett was very accommodating and worked with me every step of the way. Given the vehicle’s rarity (manual transmission) and specs, BMW of Columbia, MO was the ONLY one in the States that had it! And lucky for me, I had the esteemed pleasure of working with sales professional, Dave Watson. Because we live on the East Coast and given COVID, travel isn’t an option. Not a problem for Dave! The utmost professional, Dave was more than willing to assist. Attentive, courteous, exceptionally patient, he worked with us every step of the way: from sending us photos, detailing every inch of that car, answering all of our questions, providing no-pressure sales tactics, connecting us with just the best financier onsite Adam Miller, even having it shipped to my doorstep, and following up weeks later to make sure everything was still smooth sailing. I can’t thank him or his wonderful team enough for making this by far one of the best BMW experiences! More
