I grew up in Phoenix, and started in the Automotive industry in 2010, and have found myself enjoying it more and more daily. I recently got married in March of 2018, and my wife and I have four amazing children and one dog who is a huge part of our family.

Second purchase I used this dealership because it was easy to purchase a vehicle on line. I was able to get price quotes, which made it easy to shop around. Also ha I used this dealership because it was easy to purchase a vehicle on line. I was able to get price quotes, which made it easy to shop around. Also having the lower tax rate helps I was disappointed however to find the hitch I had purchased had not been installed. I was hoping to use on vacation. I live 150 miles away and will have to arrange to go back to have done, not to happy about that. I was also given a price quote on a Forester when I was asking about a “ forest green” Outback. I have used this dealership for several years and have been very happy with service and the friendliness of staff. More

Takes way too long to get your car serviced! We set our appointment for a routine oil change 2 weeks ahead. On the day of, we arrived 10-20 minutes early. The service desk manager remarked how 2 We set our appointment for a routine oil change 2 weeks ahead. On the day of, we arrived 10-20 minutes early. The service desk manager remarked how 2 cars scheduled earlier than us weren’t there yet. We waited 3 HOURS for our car to get an oil change! 3 HOURS! After 2.5 hours and an uncomfortable nap later, I went to the desk to ask what was taking so long. The manager said they must have gone to lunch. Oh no kidding, huh? Terrible service and experience. I will never go back for any kind of services here. More

Good things come to those who WAIT Had a small but deep scratch on my new Forester that we noticed when we picked up the vehicle. They said come back the next day and they will buff it out. We also noticed a bubble and scratch in the tint on the small front Window. Honestly it took a little longer than I thought it should (my unprofessional opinion) and I was getting a little impatient. BUT, at that time I was not aware that I was not on the service schedule and that they had squeezed me into a very busy Friday schedule. (Now I know and I appreciate that, Thank you) Man, when I saw the great job they did with the scratch I was happy. And the tint of course was like new. So thank you to the Subaru team that worked on my vehicle, Great Job. And I apologize if I was a little impatient with the service advisor, Adam, he is a very patient and laid-back professional. Thanks for squeezing me on the list and thanks for making that scratch disappear and thanks for fixing the tint. See you soon for some darker tint. :) Loving my new Forester and super happy to have a Dealership with employees like that. ( I would like to note that their waiting area is one of the nicest of all the dealerships I have been to. Free water, snacks, soda machine, CP charging tables, TV, Kids area and of course looking at some really nice vehicles in very clean and bright showroom.) More

Superstore - a very accurate name Was directed to other Subaru dealers through True Car and did not find the experience positive. "Risked" doing an online request for info with the Cha Was directed to other Subaru dealers through True Car and did not find the experience positive. "Risked" doing an online request for info with the Chandler Subaru Superstore. Received a timely response from Johnny Barravecchio and he followed up with great facts (inventory, availability, pricing, etc.) and an honest, customer-focused approach. The Superstore is large, but welcoming. Everyone was extremely friendly, leading up to my car purchase decision, in delivering the vehicle, choosing service options, and in following up afterwards for installation of the Clear Bra with "Adam 1". Definitely feel fortunate to have connected with Johnny for the sales process, and the Encore follow up delivery program with Daniel is great. My first Subaru and expectations have already been exceeded. More

Easy and no pressure I usually hate to buy a car just because of the sleezy sales guys and the game/sales process they play. But, at Subaru Superstore I was surprised not to experience it. That made me want to buy the car even more. Regardless, it was a pleasant experience and I got an awesome car at an awesome price. More

Great 1st Experience Subaru of Chandler is quite different kind of car dealership than others I visited searching for a new car. I immediately felt comfortable looking at Subaru of Chandler is quite different kind of car dealership than others I visited searching for a new car. I immediately felt comfortable looking at new cars, taking test drives, asking questions, and then more questions. A very relaxed atmosphere inside the dealership and I never once felt pressured in any way. Before my actual purchase, I never received unwanted phone calls for sales. Great car buying experience! I will look here for my next new car purchase. More
