Sales managers were the poorest that I've ever dealt with since this was the 4th Lexus that I've purchased. Arrogant and impersonal. Did not leave feeling that they cared less about me as a customer. Always dealt with Northside but only chose not to this time since they have moved to a location that is now inconvenient for me. In the future, I will most likely be giving my business to another Lexus dealership. More
