Great dealership, awesome customer service, Mr. Adam is very professional and patient. Always he responded to our questions and gave us some good advices. The opposite of Mr. Adam was Sam Chau fro Adam is very professional and patient. Always he responded to our questions and gave us some good advices. The opposite of Mr. Adam was Sam Chau from finance department. He was very rude and with attitude. He is not a good person in this position. More

Adam was a great communicator. He was always prepared and helpful when I came to see him. The vehicle was exactly as described. I visited other Lexus dealerships; Adam was the first person I encountered that was friendly and helpful. First person that offered to take us on a test drive. After I placed my order, he provided me wi person I encountered that was friendly and helpful. First person that offered to take us on a test drive. After I placed my order, he provided me with status updates (4 months for rx350h to arrive). after purchased we joined some sites to help us get started including Facebook group. Some of the info Adam provided was incorrect. When we ordered we asked for a hitch, he said it is much cheaper to get aftermarket. Then we find out if we add it voids the warranty. He also told us we must use Premium. Find out on hybrid you can use regular, in the manual premium is recommended but not required. No sticker on gas cap cover stating that premium is required. My only complaint on dealership side, share the warranty info with pricing prior to purchase. Making purchase and they bring this up without any warning or research. Felt very uncomfortable. would be nice if they had a 30-day policy you could add or remove additional warranty items. Be prepared for them to try to get over 10k more in just warranty coverage, not something you should be asked to figure out in 5 minutes. First new Lexus purchase, I am more prepared for the next purchase. If they wanted 5 stars from me, they would of help me overcome some of the learnings without me figuring out after I bring the new car home. Still this location was much more friendly than the other 2 Lexas sites I went too, I would still go to location to make purchase, I would just do more homework than I did. More

This was absolutely the best experience I’ve had in any car dealership. The team that helped me were so knowledgeable, not only did they helped me in finding a car that suited my needs but they also took t car dealership. Sales managers were the poorest that I've ever dealt with since this was the 4th Lexus that I've purchased. Arrogant and impersonal. Did not leave feeling that they cared less about me as a customer. Always dealt with Northside but only chose not to this time since they have moved to a location that is now inconvenient for me. In the future, I will most likely be giving my business to another Lexus dealership. More
