I was in this morning for a service issue which was taken care of in such an expedient, professional and courteous manner that I could not stop sharing my experience with my co-workers. From the time I called in and spoke with Leanne who scheduled my appointment to Adam who took care of my vehicle and I can not fail to mention the kind and courteous shuttle driver - Carrie. Thank you for taking such great care to make what could normally be a stressful situation - pleasant and quite enjoyable with little to no affect on my day or scheduling. And you and your team got it right..!!   I guess of corse if the factory got it right I would not have to be doing this..!!    The wheel alignment was way off from the factory..!!  The head lights where off alignment  also..!!    The slight shake from the tires, I didn't think you could get right, But you did...!!    So you and your team got it right..!!   Keep up the good work, and you will keep me Happy..!!              Anthony Vallelunga More
