I was in this morning for a service issue which was taken care of in such an expedient, professional and courteous manner that I could not stop sharing my experience with my co-workers. From the time I called in and spoke with Leanne who scheduled my appointment to Adam who took care of my vehicle and I can not fail to mention the kind and courteous shuttle driver - Carrie. Thank you for taking such great care to make what could normally be a stressful situation - pleasant and quite enjoyable with little to no affect on my day or scheduling. Thank you Thank you - I would like to also send a little shout out to Marcus Shirr - the wonderful sales consultant I have been working with who has been trying to work magic on a new lease for me - my Journey is up in December and he has been diligent in trying to get me into something sooner! Adam went out of his way to gain approval for the repair from Chrysler while I waited. Then he had the part ordered, arranged shuttle service, and presented the van back to me.  !   As picky as I am, not many people  !   As picky as I am, not many people can please me..!!   My cars have to be just right..!! And you and your team got it right..!!     !   As picky as I am, not many people can please me..!!   My cars have to be just right..!! And you and your team got it right..!!   I guess of corse if the factory got it right I would not have to be doing this..!!    The wheel alignment was way off from the factory..!!  The head lights where off alignment  also..!!    The slight shake from the tires, I didn't think you could get right, But you did...!!    So you and your team got it right..!!   Keep up the good work, and you will keep me Happy..!!              Anthony Vallelunga More
