No time to look less time to buy I was using the internet to look for used cars, when I found a Jeep at Golling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. So I asked for more information on it. I rec I was using the internet to look for used cars, when I found a Jeep at Golling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. So I asked for more information on it. I received a email from Mitchell from Golling, he was ready to answer any questions I might have and ask me to come in an take it for a ride. I told him that I wanted to clean my truck up before I came in. Mitchell told me to just give him a call when I was ready. On Fri. I received a email from Mitchell telling me that the truck was ready for a test drive any time I was ready. I told him I had planed on stopping in Sat. Mitchell emailed me back and told me that being the end of the month it was going to be real hectic. I called Mitchell an got his answering machine, I told him that Sat was the only day I had to look for a car, but I would try to stop in but I was going to look at some other dealers ships also. Mitchell called me right back and offered to come in early to talk with me, I told him that would work. I met with Mitchell on Sat and told what was happening. I baby sit my grandkids daily and I have ever other weekend off, so this was that only time I had to look. Mitchell and I talked about new/used/leased and he felt that I would be better off with a new Jeep rather than the used one I was wanting to look at. But that's not to say that he didn't show me every car that I was thinking about, and he did the checked out the numbers and he said that because of the warranty and the price range he felt that I would be better off with a new Jeep. When he got done and showed me the finale numbers my payment went down, my insurance went down and I drove a brand new Jeep off the lot. Don't get me wrong, I wasn't 200% happy with the deal. I felt I should have got more for my trade in but we all feel like that. I left happy enough that I have all ready started to talk to my friends about buying from Golling. I would like to say THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES OF GOLLING, I have been driving my dodge truck for 6 years and I was treated very well each and every time I came in for service. So that's why I came back to Golling. Thank You Mitchell, you went out of your way to help out and I won't forget it. Larry Gorham More

I just brought my Jeep Liberty in for a remote start and I was also interested in some accesories for my Jeep. Adam made a few phone calls to get me some pricing and can't thank him enough for his professi I was also interested in some accesories for my Jeep. You be the judge. Sitting in service area currently, waiting for brake service. Had a bit of work done on the car mid-2012, including brake pads and rotor work. A couple of months later I noticed shakin waiting for brake service. Had a bit of work done on the car mid-2012, including brake pads and rotor work. A couple of months later I noticed shaking in the front of the car when putting on brakes. Not knowing much about cars, I thought it was something to do with the steering or wheel alignment although I had had wheel alignment done with the work. I told the service rep about the problem on my next service visit and he provided a written quote for discounted price for new brake pads and rotors of $250 due to the recent work. Since I had spent nearly $2000 on the previous service and new tires and because the service rep seemed to downplay the safety concern because the brakes did stop, I put off the work until I could afford it. Due for another oil change and because another winter is nearly here, I presented my car for the brake job as well as the oil change. I was quoted a price of $347 for new pads and rotors as I was assured the rotors were too bad for another resurfacing. The big sales pitch is that the brake pads are lifetime replacement but the service representative I had preferred to ignore that I had already paid for brake pads hence the earlier quote for the job of $281 discounted to $250. I questioned him on the quality of brake pad that had been installed before and was told it was part metal. In my comparison shopping I heard from two other service places that such brake pads are sub-premium quality and one of the two expressly stated for my car a full ceramic bad is the standard part. I also learned that Chrysler rotors tend to warp. I would have chosen either one of the other two service places instead of coming back here today after the rotors were ordered but since finally getting the Chrysler service rep to honor the pitch of lifetime brake pad replacement, the price was a little cheaper to come back here. Even at that, Chrysler service rep Adam tried to apply the $281 instead of the discounted quote. However, I had my paperwork and expressed loudly "this is the quote I told you about that Mike gave me." Nevertheless, Adam ignored my presentation of the 10% bonus discount coupon he told me I could use the day before (I had to come back today because the rotors had to be ordered). I am not happy due to the attempt to not honor the lifetime free brake pad replacement, the discounted quote as well as the discount coupon. I am even more unhappy the brake pads available from Chrysler service are sub-premium and what I learned about the rotors. I wonder how soon I am going the be needing brake work done again? I intend to find out what the factory issue of brake pad on my make Chrysler car and what is required for replacement. I likely will not go with Chrysler again when I get a new car. Moreover, I hate feeling like service reps try to scam you because you are female. More
