Certified Benz and Beemer provided a fantastic buying experience. Cameron answered all of my questions and helped to make sure that I was comfortable with the car. Cameron also let me know that another buyer had agreed to purchase the vehicle, but then later gave me first crack when that deal fell through. The dealership also let me take the car home for an extended test drive so that I could let my wife look at it. The finance department worked with me to find a deal that satisfied both parties and I was able to purchase the car knowing that I was comfortable with the monthly payment. After the purchase, both the sales manager and Cameron followed up to make sure that I was enjoying my new Audi Q5 e (I am!!).. I would absolutely recommend the dealership and I will definitely start my next search on their lot. More

I talked to James Viator while looking for a vehicle to be my daily commuter. CBB had some gorgeous vehicles but the one I wanted was a low mileage BMW 328d and was very affordable. He answered all of my questions and did not leave me guessing. I hope to work with James the next time I need a car. James’ sale manager, Adam (I do not know his last name) called me twice, once after I initially just went in to look at the vehicle and get some basic information. The second time was after I went in and actually purchased the vehicle. He was courteous and professional, making sure James had everything I needed to work with him. The finance manager I worked with was Steve. A wonderful gentleman who worked with me to make sure the buying process was smooth. He did not rush me in any way even though the finance department was holding up a meeting for me. All in all, CBB made my car buying experience amazing and what they did for me earned them a life long customer while I live in Phoenix. Maybe even if I leave the valley, I will be happy to work with them over the phone. More
