2002 Mercury Grand Marquis Project Car I was looking for a rear wheel drive V8 for a backyard project. My purchase from RM CDJR was EXACTLY what I wanted. Clean vehicle with minor cosmetic damage, 88k miles, 220 hp, no major mechanical issues. Vehicle was a trade in and the dealership resold to me with almost 0 mark-up. Adam Parker my sales consultant didn't beat around the bush with price and numbers, upfront costs for everything in black and white, and no pressure to push the sale. He found me the exact vehicle I was in the market for at the price I wanted. Big thanks to GM Brad Dawson for helping out. Not sure about urgency! Adam Parker was very good. But I am having issues with getting things from the parts department that I found out was missing. No Spare tire, nothing to hold a spare tire if I had one. Nothing to let the spare tire down if I had one. A key to the rims if I had a flat. I call the parts department and they always have to call me back and they never do. i have been waiting for these parts for almost a month now. I was promised that these things would be replaced and I am still waiting since September 15th. More
