Customer service was pretty good, the lounge was nice (though the coffee machine needed servicing), and the shuttle service was very convenient, but the cost was nearly double what I paid at my previous (though the coffee machine needed servicing), and the shuttle service was very convenient, but the cost was nearly double what I paid at my previous dealership for a standard oil change and tire rotation.
