They put spark plugs in for me; 30k miles later the one plug goes bad; should have lasted at least 60k on iridium tipped sparkplugs.. took 2 days to change 1 plug..all the time no one could tell me what wa plug goes bad; should have lasted at least 60k on iridium tipped sparkplugs.. took 2 days to change 1 plug..all the time no one could tell me what was going on? . at very least, should not have charged for the plug. But at least now i have a $1000.00 spark plug in! thank goodness! More

Adam was my guy taking care of my Lexus being serviced today. They took care of a little thing at no charge and had me in and out in a timely fashion. The Salesman who sold me my Lexus, Simon, sought me ought while I waited. I had to jump on a conference call for work so he set me up in their conference room for that. I am big fan of Simon and the team at Metro Lexus... highly recommend! More

I recently purchased a new Lexus. Simon was my salesman, and because my vehicle was shipping from Japan, it was a journey to get here! But Simon communicated with me throughout the process and was wonderful to work with! It was also a pleasure working with Dave in Finance as well as Tysean, the delivery specialist who walked me through everything I needed to know before taking my first drive! I had a recent visit to the Service Department for a minor wheel scuff (I am very grateful to Dave for highly suggesting the tire/wheel protection!). It has already rescued me and will teach me to stay away from the fast-food drive-thru! (I hit the curb turning the drive-thru corner.) That's where Adam, in service, comes in. Adam was personable, professional and answered all my questions without rushing me. Yes, this is a long review, but I wanted to cover everything! A shout-out also goes to Donna - the receptionist! She answers the telephone in a lovely voice and has a pleasant personality to greet you as you arrive at the dealership. Thank you Lexus of Cleveland! More
