My car arrived with MULTIPLE scratches, should have been buffed out for 92,000!!!! Scratched and front bumper bent, spot on the dash and driver door. Adam could have offered to show me how to figure out t buffed out for 92,000!!!! Scratched and front bumper bent, spot on the dash and driver door. Adam could have offered to show me how to figure out the buttons of the car. He did absolutely NOTHING. I called payed cash and had to PAY to have it delivered to Arkansas. I wasn't treated kindly AT ALL!!! The used car sales manager helped me "some" when I called when Adam wasn't at work, apparently adding an additional 1,000 miles on the car I bought. Arrived with 1,000 more miles than I was told it had. Was clean, no gas, scratches, wrecked. I am extremely disappointed!!! Wished I would have found and purchased my Range Rover at a dealership that knows how to treat customers and shows them APPRECIATION!!! More

I have to start off by saying this dealership had the best price on a used 2019 honda odyssey elite that I was looking for and yes the finance guy was persistant on getting more money out of me even thou best price on a used 2019 honda odyssey elite that I was looking for and yes the finance guy was persistant on getting more money out of me even though I dropped $20k on the van that day. But thats not my biggest issue, this is why they are getting a terrible review. So it has been 45 days now since I bought the van and I still dont have a TITLE!, got the second key 3 weeks later, um glad we didnt lose the other one, still dont have a owners manual for it even though I have been promised one, the paper tag is expeired I have called them so many times, left voicemails never get a call back, my first car payment is coming up and im gonna have a late fee on registering it. Like this is really how you treat your customers? More
