I have to start off by saying this dealership had the best price on a used 2019 honda odyssey elite that I was looking for and yes the finance guy was persistant on getting more money out of me even thou best price on a used 2019 honda odyssey elite that I was looking for and yes the finance guy was persistant on getting more money out of me even though I dropped $20k on the van that day. But thats not my biggest issue, this is why they are getting a terrible review. So it has been 45 days now since I bought the van and I still dont have a TITLE!, got the second key 3 weeks later, um glad we didnt lose the other one, still dont have a owners manual for it even though I have been promised one, the paper tag is expeired I have called them so many times, left voicemails never get a call back, my first car payment is coming up and im gonna have a late fee on registering it. Like this is really how you treat your customers? More

First time I ever use this place and It will definitely will be the Last time too. Extremely over priced and just disgusting pricing. 374$ just to tell me that my backup camera needs to be replaced which I will be the Last time too. Extremely over priced and just disgusting pricing. 374$ just to tell me that my backup camera needs to be replaced which I knew from the beginning and reprogram a computer for the mirror sensors. That’s just ridiculous. then they charge for every diagnostic they give which they NEVER MENTION until you get your bill of course. More
