Fantastic above and beyond normal Two and a half days before leaving on a two week vacation to southern Mississippi I brought my car in for a suspected radiator leak. Turned out the r Two and a half days before leaving on a two week vacation to southern Mississippi I brought my car in for a suspected radiator leak. Turned out the radiator was fine, but upon the mechanics inspection discovered two major engine problems I was not aware of. This required a new timing chain cover and a complete short block. Extremely rare problem, and very costly. Outback was still under warranty and parts were shipped overnight to complete repairs so we could take our car on vacation. I was amazed, never had service like this from any other dealer in my 72 years. This dealership has been very professional and personal since I have been going to them., would recommend them to anyone. All cars have trouble from time to time, even Subaru. Just not as often as others. They could have told me the repairs were going to take longer and that I would have understood. They did not, and I will not forget it. Thanks again Kenosha Subaru for going the extra mile. Vacation was Great. And also a special thanks to the mechanic who explained everything to me and did a superb job. More

MY CONCERN IS THIS: WITH ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES SUBARU DOES HAVE......WHY ISN'T THERE A WARNING THAT WOULD FLASH TO TELL YOU TO GET HELP SOON? IF I WAS UP NORTH AND THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED I WOULD HAVE BEEN 60 MILES FROM A SUBARU DEALER SO IT REALLY BOTHERS ME THAT THIS HAPPENED. ALSO, WHEN MY CAR WAS IN FOR SERVICE, IF THERE WAS AN UPDATE ON SOFTWARE WHY WASN'T IT INSTALLED THEN? LET'S HOPE THAT SUBARU SENDS A NOTIFICATION OUT TO ALL OWNERS TO BRING CAR IN FOR SOFTWARE UPDATE BEFORE THIS HAPPENS TO THEM. More
