First visit While I bought my 2018 Outback from Wilde in Waukesha, getting express routine service was not easy. They are obviously very busy. Service can be bo While I bought my 2018 Outback from Wilde in Waukesha, getting express routine service was not easy. They are obviously very busy. Service can be booked starting about 10 days out. I tried drive in express service twice but wait times were 2 and 2.5 hours. That would have been acceptable, if a loaner car was available, but all were out. So I went to Kenosha Subaru and booked out about two days. Since they have only been in business about 2.5 years, their customer base is probably small and as a result service not only easily booked, but outstanding. The car, nine months old, looked like new after the complimentary wash, which included hand drying as the last step. Like Wilde, they are also dog friendly, so I know where my lab, Lulabelle, and I will be going for future service. More

Superb Service Service manager was friendly and professional. He let me know what routine maintenance would be done. He was knowledgeable about my specific make and Service manager was friendly and professional. He let me know what routine maintenance would be done. He was knowledgeable about my specific make and model of vehicle. He knew about a software update that I needed and made arrangements for it to be applied. He offered to have the car washed free of charge. I had a reasonable wait time in a comfortable room with hot coffee. More
