I tried drive in express service twice but wait times were 2 and 2.5 hours. That would have been acceptable, if a loaner car was available, but all were out. So I went to Kenosha Subaru and booked out about two days. Since they have only been in business about 2.5 years, their customer base is probably small and as a result service not only easily booked, but outstanding. The car, nine months old, looked like new after the complimentary wash, which included hand drying as the last step. Like Wilde, they are also dog friendly, so I know where my lab, Lulabelle, and I will be going for future service. More
