Poor communication, Delayed work I dropped my car off first thing in the morning for brake replacement, and I received a loaner vehicle. The drop off with Adam went smoothly, he was very personable, and the loaner vehicle was great. The problem was that there was no communication throughout the day on when my car will be done and when it was completed. I was told that Subaru would be open until 9 pm, but when I showed up at 7 pm after work, I was approached by an employee who told me service was closed but he guessed he could let me in. It was very difficult to be satisfied with the service when no one was there to tell me everything that they did in my car. More

Oil Change time It was time for an oil change, so I took advantage of online scheduling. After I got there I found out that my free oil change warranty had expired a It was time for an oil change, so I took advantage of online scheduling. After I got there I found out that my free oil change warranty had expired and I had to pay for this one... Boo. I did, however take advantage of my warranted wiper replacements. Thank you! I also had a special request for an install of a new rearview mirror that had been given to me. Thank you again! The staff here is very friendly and the place is very clean and inviting. That makes a less than pleasant errand easier to sit through. More
