My experience at Boucher Lincoln was great! A few months ago, my 1995 Town Car that I had for 18 years was at a point where I needed a new car. I loved the Town Car and had no intent of getting a new car bu ago, my 1995 Town Car that I had for 18 years was at a point where I needed a new car. I loved the Town Car and had no intent of getting a new car but had no choice. I looked extensively at a lot of options but decided on a Continental. I live in New York City but could not find the right car in the area. I wanted a Continental with low mileage in great condition without the panoramic moonroof. I would have purchased a new one, but they are out of production. I found the perfect car at Boucher Lincoln but was concerned about buying a car so far away. I called Boucher Lincoln and was but in touch with Adam. Adam throughout the entire process was AMAZING!! In the initial call he answered my questions and was very proactive about making the process easy, he is a true professional who knows what he is doing and is also very nice and not pushy at all! I made arrangements to fly to Wisconsin and he picked me up at the airport in the Continental. The car was exactly what he promised – in perfect condition and very clean. Adam was very patient and proactively explained all of the features. I got to the dealer and made the purchase. JR in finance was great as well, very patient and explained everything in great detail. After I made the purchase, Adam helped me set up the car with my phone etc… Adam really provided amazing service, I couldn’t be happier! The car was shipped to NYC which went very well, the car arrived within a few days in perfect condition. I tried to register the car but needed the title. I called Boucher Lincoln and spoke to Heather. She was great! Within less than 24 hours the title arrived at my house. The people at Boucher Lincoln made the whole experience great, I would definitely recommend purchasing a car at Boucher! My only suggestion to Lincoln is to bring back a large sedan. The perfect car for me would be the size of the Town Car with the style of the Continental – if that happens I’ll be calling Adam at Boucher Lincoln! More
