Terrible last 6 months. This place only cares about you when you are not yet their customer. Once they make you their customer they don't care about you at all. So far I was given a warranty that no one told me started 90 DAYS after purchasing the vehicle so I had to pay nearly $200 out of pocket TWICE now for something I was told was covered. Any time you go in with a problem no matter how nice you are they shrug you off and make you some one else's problem. For example before leaving for vacation almost two weeks ago my boyfriend and I took my car over. We asked if it was possible for me to leave my car with them to get a new tire (there was a bubble on it) and my sunroof fixed because it came out of alignment. They said "Absolutely!" I told them about my warranty, they looked it up and said I was completely covered. I also asked if I would be able to pick it up on Memorial Day when I came home considering I had work the next day. They said "No problem!" After a 14 hour drive home yesterday I walk in to the dealer ship to get told by the floor manager "Sorry. Not my problem." In front of a bunch of salesmen. I felt COMPLETELY embarrassed. Every one except one woman made me feel crazy, when I was told everything would be fine and to not worry. Then I was told if I want MY car back I have to pay them and they would refund me the money tomorrow. SURPRISE! Went in today for the refund and got "Sorry I never checked to see if you had the warranty, totally my fault, you'll get your money back in a week" Oh, so who is going to help me pay my bills this week Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge? I have yet to have ONE good experience there and with my family owning a company if employees EVER made a customer feel the way the sales manager made me feel last night they would get ripped apart but again.. customers don't actually matter to this place. More

Unfortunately, I have had TWO terrible experiences with Route 46 Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge. I planned to lease a car and trade mine in and was refused by the salesman Dre and Adam "the amount we are giving you for your current car does NOT matter" a COUNTLESS number of times. We were laughed at plenty of times for any questions or concerns that we had and also for the price we paid for our car the first time around because the sales person "made some money off of you, so good for them, but they are no longer here so this is an irrelevant conversation and that problem can not and will not be considered in your next car from here". If that comment from a salesman working in that exact dealership does not make you run, I don't know what will! They refused to give us the price of our current car in order for us to make our decision in what lease is best for us. After two days (because the salesman wanted to leave at closing to go out of a Friday night because "his boys" kept on calling him instead of making a deal) and a countless number of hours, we were then told by the manager Adam Solomon that if we do not like the offering price of our current vehicle, we can go somewhere else. We gladly did & we are now happy owners of a 2016 Nissan within less than two hours. I will recommend everyone and anyone that I know not to step a foot in this dealership and NOT TO BUY, FINANCE, OR LEASE any vehicle from this dealership. This dealership is nothing but sneaky and unhelpful. If you are looking to get lied to, laughed at, and given false numbers as to what you will REALLY be paying, then this is the dealership for you. If not, RUN! Such a terribly dissatisfying experience. Do not let the trophy sitting on the desk fool you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Buy a car somewhere else Purchased my first car here, and only a couple of days after actually having the car did I already regret my decision. Car was sold under "bumper to b Purchased my first car here, and only a couple of days after actually having the car did I already regret my decision. Car was sold under "bumper to bumper insurance," which I came to find out does not exist by their own service department. The service department has had to tell this to many unhappy customers as they believed that if anything happened to the car it was covered. The car was listed 4 thousand dollars cheaper online, with no asterisk pointing to a fine print at the bottom of the page. Online the car was listed to have remote start, which as you may have guessed it didn't. The salesman told me not to worry it would be handled. I came back and asked again he told me that he would call me. I never received a phone call. I went to speak to his manager (Adam) and he was of no help. Apparently their employees word does not hold any weight and I should've received it in writting. If I'm paying so much for a car I would hope that something as simple as remote start which was listed would be something they would not mind being held accountable. I had a couple of more problems with being told I get free oil changes at any Jeep Chrysler Dodge, which also was a lie. If the employees at this establishment say they will take care of a problem for you, take it in writing. Otherwise, it means absolutely nothing to them. I would never purchase or let someone I know purchase a car from this dealership. More

I really wanted the Jeep Grand Cherokee and they were able to make it happen within my budget. Buying a car isn't always the easiest process and they were honest and upfront about everything and I will be recommending them to my whole family. More
