Bought my last Lexus from Lexus of Tampa bay and will never go back there again. Switched to Wesley chapel dealership and very happy I did. Have been going there for service for several years and it has been good. I feel I can trust the dealership to not try to sell me lots of stuff I don’t need. So, just bought a new RX 350 last week. Tim Smith was my salesman. Very, very knowledgeable. I think he got a little bit impatient with me but I have to say I am a difficult customer and can’t ever seem to make up my mind! He figured that out and he gave me some space and in the end, I got a car I liked and all was well. Kudos to Tim. What a nice guy, good sense of humor and just so friendly and professional at the same time. When we are ready for the next car, we will be looking for Tim. 😊👍👏👏👏 More
