I cannot say enough good things about Tim Smith and my experience with Lexus of Wesley Chapel. I was on a waiting list (for almost a year) at a different dealership for a RX500H when I found out they had experience with Lexus of Wesley Chapel. I was on a waiting list (for almost a year) at a different dealership for a RX500H when I found out they had bypassed my name and would not have a car available for me. I called Lexus of Wesley Chapel as a last ditch effort to get this car. From the person who picked up the phone to the salesperson that said she was going to try to find the car for me, everyone was friendly, professional and HONEST. Soon after I received a call from Tim Smith introducing himself and updating me on the status of the car I had been waiting for-they had found one for me!! From that point on, I received regular updates from Tim about where the vehicle was and when I would be able to pick it up. When it arrived at the dealership, I scheduled an appointment to pick up the RX500. Everything went seamlessly from financing (thanks Adam Vassios) to my tour of the service area, the cafe, and my orientation to the car by Tim. I have never seen so many happy and smiling people working at a car dealership! We felt like celebrities! Tim has reached out to me on a regular basis to check on how I am liking the car and making sure I do not have any questions about technology or anything else about the car. He even helped facilitate the sale of my 2018 RX350 to the pre-owned department after a minor accident and needed body work prevented me from using it as a trade-in on the day I picked up the new car. I have referred many friends and family to Tim and would not want to buy a car with anyone else. I say “with” versus “from” because it truly felt like it was a collaboration to get me the car of my dreams rather than just a sale. Without reservation I would recommend Tim very highly to anyone and wouldn’t buy another Lexus from anyone else! Thanks Tim! I appreciate you! More
