Satisfied Adam, in my opinion, is a very good salesman. He is not a "pushy salesman" which is what i like. I went into the dealership knowing what car I wanted Adam, in my opinion, is a very good salesman. He is not a "pushy salesman" which is what i like. I went into the dealership knowing what car I wanted and was given an acceptable deal by Kwesi Quansah and Adam. The only complaint I have is that it has been 3 weeks so far and still have not received my registration and title paperwork. This aspect is ridiculous! More

Useless We were admittedly late for our appointment since the GPS took us to a church rather than the dealership. We walked in and the guy who seemed to function as an MC told us a wonderful salesman would be right with us. When that guy never materialized were given to the most senior sales rep. Every once in a while the whole process was interrupted by the entire place stopping to clap, presumably due to a sale. But the worst was the 'senior salesman'. I wish I could remember his name. I had all kinds of questions about a Chevy Malibu Hybrid. He clearly had no clue, which was bad enough, but he proceeded to make up answers that I guess he thought would do. For example, "What does two motor mean?" Answer: "One motor over each front wheel." WRONG! After taking a test drive he sat us at a table and went off to another customer. He never came back and no none else ever came. We left, never to return. I've marked Adam Weilebinski as the salesman, but this may be inaccurate. If so, I apologize but I had to do it to submit the rating. More

Service after sale I have a service issue. I have written and spoken to my Salesman. I have gotten no response at all. NONE. I have written to a Sub-contractor suppli I have a service issue. To be fair , I have not been to the Service Center about this problem yet, I have not been able to get Customer Service to acknowledge the issue More

Great Experience ! I have bought and sold and traded many cars. This was by far one of the easiest deals I have done. They were very welcoming and helpful and informative from the beginning. No sales pressure was put on me. They gave me a fair value for my trade and the paperwork process was very quick ! The Sales Managers and Sales people are all very friendly and non-threatening. I dealt with Adam in sales, and Rob and David (2 of the managers). I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know and will be back when its time for another Chevy ! More

Bait and switch I was looking for a lease of Chevy Vault through my company's Employee purchase program and was contacted from the dealership. I spoke with Taylor on I was looking for a lease of Chevy Vault through my company's Employee purchase program and was contacted from the dealership. I spoke with Taylor on the phone and I explained what I was looking for. She told me they had one car they can show me and quoted me specific lease terms over the phone and was invited to test drive the car. I showed up at the dealership tested the car and agreed to lease it with the terms I was promised on the phone. All of the sudden the sales people started to play the game with me offering me lease options that had nothing to do with what I was told originally. I made a compromise and agreed to give money down towards the lease, but was told that I am nuts and they will never give me the car on those terms. Eventually it came down to a $10 a month difference. I walked away and they lost a sale on a car that is been phased out by the new and improved model coming out around November. If I wasn't promised the specific lease terms over the phone, I would've never even wasted 2 hours of my time. I work for a larger corporation and am very active in the green car forums. People come to me for advice and recommendations on green cars as I was early adopter of other electric cars. I will make sure that they proceed with caution if they want to deal with Pine Belt Chevy dealership. On another note Adam was nice, but left me to believe that he had no control over the sale. David was the one playing the number games and arguing with me, felt to be a little rude too. I do not like writing reviews, but found it amusing that the invitation email said the following "Congratulations...the hard part is over...you are about to have the best and most hassle free purchase experience ever!". Adam was super from start to finish tonight when I came in to pick up the car and sign the papers.( I'd like to add that he was on vacation but came in so that I could have my car for Christmas!) This purchase process started with my internet inquiry regarding a 2014 Chevy Impala. My questions were promptly answered by Lisa Daly from Pine Belt Chevrolet's internet sales. Lisa set an appointment regarding a 2014 Chevy Impala. My questions were promptly answered by Lisa Daly from Pine Belt Chevrolet's internet sales. Lisa set an appointment for me to meet Sales Manager James Fibraio, who connected me with Sales Specialist Adam Wielebinski on March 20,2014. Adam was more than accommodating with available information on a new model Impala that had not even started production. Adam introduced me to Inventory Control Specialist Igor Sidorov, who explained to me the different engines and body styles to be offered with the 2014 Impala. Adam then showed me a 2013 Malibu in the color and engine size I was considering which he let me test drive. Adam then seached the dealership's lot and found a 2013 Camaro with the leather interior I wanted. After sleeping on the information, I put my order in for a 2014 Impala the following day. The car was manufactured in a General Motors, Detroit, MI, plant and arrived at the Pine Belt Dealership on May 6, 2013. Adam had the car checked and prepared for sale by the dealership's service department and called me to pick it up that same afternoon. I went to the dealership, test drove the car, and loved it! I finalized the required paperwork, turned in my 2007 Saturn Vue as a trade for the mutually agreed price, and then drove home my new Impala an extremely happy customer! Adam did a Great job on telling me all about the 2013 Chevy Cruze Eco. He help down load my phone #'s into the car, he set up on star, set the lights on auto, showed me how to operate the gadgets on the Chevy Cruze Eco.
