I have been a Subaru customer since 2015 and am in my 4th vehicle. The cars speak for themselves- love them. Period. However, I think what makes my Subaru better than yours is the dealership in McKinney! vehicle. The cars speak for themselves- love them. Period. However, I think what makes my Subaru better than yours is the dealership in McKinney!! Great service. Always kind. And I always leave feeling like I won. I worked with Bailey Reid on this most recent purchase. I called with questions and a goal. He answered every question, and in the end made buying my first BRAND new car an actual joy. We didn’t even necessarily make it easy as the goal post changed a few times, Baily was ready! Thank you!!! More

Wth the support of our GPS, trip to McKinney Texas from Sachse Texas was painless and uneventful. Arrive around 10:00am and link up with Mr David Rodriguez a very outgoing and enthusiastic new salesman, who brought me and my wife into this fine dealer facility. Discuss why we were there and spent several hours on how to buy a 2026 Subaru Crosstrek, after test driving this fine vehicle.’and completing the necessary paperwork. David refer us to Mr Addison Roney in the Financial office to complete the required loan paperwork. Both David and Addison were highly professional and render their expertise in our purchase of a 2026 Subaru Crosstrek later that afternoon. We departed Thursday afternoon (same day) with a new car. We were impressed and congratulations to all the folks at Tomes. More

I went into the dealership on Monday with no intent to purchase a vehicle. I was able to look around the dealership lot without being hassled, if you will by a sales person, which was fantastic. I went purchase a vehicle. I was able to look around the dealership lot without being hassled, if you will by a sales person, which was fantastic. I went in the showroom and was immediately greeted by one of the managers who found me a sales rep to work with. Mason was fantastic to work with no pressure to purchase. No pressure to do anything we talked and he asked if we wanted to go through numbers we said no thank you. My wife and I went home and discussed the purchase and decided to move forward. I called him up the next day and told him I was interested and he had taken a note of what my preferences were and he happened to find a Subaru Forrester hybrid that had the interior that I was wanting. We arranged a meeting time, he was there with the car he found that had the interior i wanted, at the time we discussed. It was a very pleasant experience all the way around, not a hard negotiate they let us know about discounts that we’re available for like Costco membership Sam’s membership. Mason worked with us to find the best one for us overall, a great experience, from the time we drove up until the car was purchased. From the first greeting to Addison the finance guy. I would highly recommend the Tomes Subaru dealership to everyone! More
