Millennium Honda & Adeleke = The Best My wife and I went to Millennium Honda for the first time recently looking for a new Honda Odyssey. We have done business with a couple of other Hond My wife and I went to Millennium Honda for the first time recently looking for a new Honda Odyssey. We have done business with a couple of other Honda dealerships in the past but I can undoubtedly state that Millennium is the best one we've visited. I did some research prior to the visit and found that their offers were superior to other dealerships in the area. Once we arrived, we found their show room was bright, spacious and clean, their selection was impressive and their customer service was top notch. Most of all, we had a fantastic experience with our salesperson, Adeleke Osinuga. From the start, Adeleke greeted us warmly at the door and worked with us energetically to get us the car that we wanted. There were no attempts at sales pressure or up-selling. I also noticed that other customers at the dealership seemed to be having very positive experiences with their salespeople as well. Millennium also demonstrated that they are not a dealership that is just out to get your money and forget about you once you've signed on the dotted line. A few days after our purchase, Adeleke called to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and made himself available if we ever had any questions. So thank you to Millennium Honda and Adeleke for a fantastic experience! You guys now have two new customers for life. More

Purchased a new CR-V Recently purchased a 2016 CR-V. Adeleke was very personable and polite, and tried his best to get us a good deal. The gentleman from finance was all business and didn't introduce himself, but I discovered his name after being ushered into an office where I found a business card. Everything was explained and signed...wait time when we picked car up was way too long, but overall things went well... I would recommend Adeleke Osinuga to anyone....a very sweet guy. More

Awful I live in Florida and I'm trying to buy a car for my son that lives in NYC. He went to dealership, test drove, and appraised his car. We both filled out credit applications online, and now I'm just getting the run around from the dealership. They called me to tell me they received the credit application and would get right back to me. 24hrs later and I still did not receive a call, so I called and asked to speak to a manager and they would not transfer me to a manager and insisted I speak with the sales person Adelike. I spoke to him and he apologized and said he will get on it and call me right back. Another 24hrs have passed and I have not been contacted! I just spoke to a representative with the online chat, explained the situation, and was told a manager would call me shortly. I get a call from Tom a customer service rep and I let him know I have no interest in speaking with him and I need to speak to a manager. He put me on hold to supposedly get a manager on the line. I was on hold a while and he came on two times to tell me he is still working on it, and then tells me that he can not reach Adelike. I told once again that I didn't want to speak to anyone but a manager, and he said he was going to get me a manager so why is he trying to contact adelike? He said to find out where we left off. I explained to him that I already told him where we left off, and told him I only wanted to speak to a manager, so I feel like he is saying I'm a liar if he wants to speak to the salesperson! This dealership is horrendous, and I will just buy a car elsewhere! if it were up to me this dealer would receive 0 stars!!! More
