This dealer push customers to purchase high price vehicles and service agreements with no information whatsoever about the details behind, they submitted a request line without explaining that it was a credit card (which dramatically dropped my credit score) and they put me into a negative equity that's going to take me 10 years to pay off without providing the real information about this. All this just in order to get commission. They rushed me into signing the documents and providing the down payment. I received all the loan info on the mail a few weeks after with all extra details I wasn't told the day I purchased the vehicle (including the negative equity they settled) and I was in shock! I Went to the dealer and they said there was nothing able to do. They're proud to anounce customer satisfaction but they really take advantage of you without the proper and accurate information and no solution after you signed the documents. This is a rip off and instead of being clear and informative they just take advantage of you not knowing. Adem was the salesman and Hernan the finance representative. More

The fun begins after you purchase the car First time buying at a dealership, and I can see why it stresses people out to think of going through the process. I purchased a used 2015 Toyota Coro First time buying at a dealership, and I can see why it stresses people out to think of going through the process. I purchased a used 2015 Toyota Corolla here, and already know I won't be going back for my next purchase. Sales-wise, not much to complain about. Adem let us sit in a few cars, was personable, and clear with numbers (even if they were much more than expected initially). The finance department, that was a different story. Hernan included cost of extended warranties, prepaid maintenance plan, and extra coverages totaling an extra $3300 - without informing us it was all optional. When I noticed this 2 days later in the paperwork, and wanted to cancel within the legal 30-day window, he told me with a straight face that there was nothing he could do to cancel it. He said I could speak with his manager, but being that i went there after work he wasn't present, and wouldn't give me a phone number or email because "that's personal information I can't give out." After many phone calls and voicemails with an assistant to the GM, who initially helped and then disappeared, I had to contact corporate directly for assistance. Corporate informed me the finance department at Atlantic made errors in the warranty paperwork which prevented them from cancelling it outright, meaning I had to have it corrected at the dealership before it could even be cancelled by corporate. Atlantic Toyora essentially sat on the paperwork, meaning I'd be charged for a warranty that was not even activated to cover me, and played hot potato with the blame. Eventually, I was able to cancel the extra charges thru corporate, but not without unnecessary stress and countless phone calls. It's almost been a month, and I still haven't gotten any response from Atlantic, nor do I expect it. Buyer beware: prices aren't better than other Toyota dealerships, and they won't attempt to help you once they've made a sale. More
