Good salesman bad operator I had 2 bad experiences with salesmen and wasn't going to go back. I went back the day after the second one just to see what my credit report said whe I had 2 bad experiences with salesmen and wasn't going to go back. I went back the day after the second one just to see what my credit report said when they ran it. The guy that helped me get that was very nice. I then got a call from a new salesman that had only worked ther for 2 week named Richard. He was very professional on the phone so I figured I would give it one more try. He had another salesman helping him named Adil. They were both very helpful and I bought a truck. I would recommend both of them to anyone. I had to go back for a few things for my truck that I couldn't get the day i bought it only because that department was already closed. When I called to make and appointment the operator was very rude. 2 days in a row. She wouldn't let me finish what I was saying and was just rude the tone. I really wanted to say something to her but I dont like confrontation. More

I could On Dec 15, 2018, I went to Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to look at purchasing a new car, in particular, a Grand Cherokee TrailHawk. I couldn’t find one locally in Melbourne and was surprised with the selection at Central Florida. The salesman I met their, Adil, was excellent and took his time to show me all the jeep models that they had available. I told him what I was specifically looking for in particular, the Trailhawk, and he tried hard to find that model with the options I like to have in the car. He finally found one brought it to me and I took it for a test drive. This was the car I was looking for. He then work with me on the price and also offered to purchase my existing vehicle in a trade-in. That worked out very well and within two hours I was a proud owner of a new grand Cherokee Trailhawk. I was very please with the full service I received at Central Florida Chrysler and would definitely go back there again for another car. I recommend them highly. More

Phase 2 delivering the car As a CPO car I was expecting to have a brand new car with some milage, at least someone to check the car before handing it over to us 1- even that we ask the car to be cleaned, it take them 2 times to clean the car(not a big deal) 2- the cooling fluid was almost empty, the windshield fluid was empty. 3- the battery for the auto start/stop need to be replaced. 4- the car battery needs to be replaced 5- the fob battery needs to be replaced 6- one of the tires has a big cut Phase 3 maintenance Actually Richard helped me to address most of the car issues except the fob battery and the tire - the car still under 36k - but it takes me 3 trips to the dealership after buying the car More
